About

Hello! I'm Danielle Davis — a Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Illustrator based in Los Angeles, California. With over 12 years of experience in design, I've steered diverse projects across multiple realms.

My expertise spans a spectrum of design endeavors — from building brand identities to organizing comprehensive marketing campaigns, web design, event art direction, and more.

In my past role as Creative Director for Marketing at Technicolor Creative Studios, I led graphic design and editorial teams, overseeing the meticulous management of brand visual identities for VFX studios such as Mikros Animation, MPC VFX, and The Mill. My responsibilities prior as Creative Director for Technicolor Entertainment Services extended to directing a small yet impactful team covering design, copywriting, content creation, social media, and email marketing, where we tackled diverse marketing projects.

Before this, I worked with The Female Quotient as the Design Lead, shaping the design narrative across marketing materials and environmental graphics. My journey also includes serving as the Art Director at Gnomon School of Visual Effects, where I managed the visual identity and marketing design, and imparted knowledge as an instructor in courses: Graphic design and Career Realities.

Educationally, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art with an emphasis on Graphic Design and a minor in Art History from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2011.

My approach as Creative Director and Designer goes beyond my commitment to pushing creative boundaries, I take pride in my adept project management and team leadership skills. Whether generating new ideas or inspiring creative teams, I am devoted to championing excellence from every project and team member.
